Down Payment Connect Cancellation Policy
Down Payment Connect subscriptions are paid in advance and automatically renew monthly or annually unless cancelled. Subscription payments are non-refundable. To avoid future billing, you may cancel at any time prior to your next renewal date.
To cancel your Down Payment Connect subscription, login to your account, click on your name in the top left corner and select “Subscription”. You will see an option to cancel toward the bottom of the page. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Retain your Down Payment Connect login credentials in case you wish to resubscribe in the future.
