Sean Moss Selected by HousingWire’s Editorial Board for Vital and Dynamic Contributions to Down Payment Resource
We’re very pleased to announce that Sean Moss, SVP of Operations and Customer Support for Down Payment Resource, was named to the 2017 HousingWire Insiders list. The second annual list recognizes the unsung heroes propelling their companies to success.
Sean is one of just 33 “go to” housing team members across the country highlighted in this year’s list, representing a wide range of occupations within the housing industry.
“The 2017 Insiders award winners made outstanding contributions to the success of their companies,” said Sarah Wheeler, HousingWire Magazine Editor. “HousingWire is excited to celebrate the accomplishments of such an important group within the housing ecosystem.”
Sean was recognized for his tremendous efforts in the past 12 months, including leading Down Payment Resource’s 167 percent growth in lender business, speaking on stage at multiple invitation only industry events and developing cooperative relationships with more than 1,200 homebuyer program administers. Often at the heart of new company initiatives, Moss played key roles in the successful rebranding of Down Payment Connect, the company’s lead generation program search landing page for agents, and worked with external partners to develop joint housing affordability reports for the industry.
